Drying: 5 min at 100° C on a plate heater (Camag)
Development: The plate was predeveloped with methanol to a position 1 cm above the origin, dried for 2-3 min at 100° C on the plate heater, then developed to a distance of 6 cm with ethyl acetate-methanol, 19:1 and dried again.
